Our Graduate Development Programme blends business, technical, career and personal skills development for early career professionals to thrive in their careers. It also provides the opportunities to work on projects and initiatives that influence the future and create a lasting impact on communities and the environment.
Our goal is to ensure that all early career professionals are set up for success and receive the support and guidance to enable them to progress in their careers.
We will be opening for applications for our 2026 Graduate Development Programme from Friday 12th September - so please apply to register your interest via the ‘Apply’ button below. Once applications open in September, we will email to notify you!

Applications open: First application window September - November. We then re-open for continuous recruitment for remaining vacancies from December - May. Interview days/Interviews: November - May ECP Development Programme start dates: April or September 2026
What are we looking for?
You’ll be graduating in 2026 or you may have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject You'll be looking to start work in April or September 2026 Have a passion for planning and consulting or sustainable engineering solutions An enthusiasm for creativity and drive to solve problems You’ll want to inspire us, sharing new ideas you have You will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders and collaborating with colleagues and adapting to dynamic project environments.
