SALES ADVISOR (BOSTON)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Advisor based at our brand-new kitchen and bathroom showroom at Boston. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident to work as part of a team and under their own initiative.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Offer excellent Customer Service and After Sales support.
* Carry out initial consultations to understand the customers' needs, creating comprehensive packs to assign a designer to the project.
* Deliver presentations on designs, leading to Kitchen and Bathroom sales.
* Oversee customer journey from initial contact to aftersales, ensuring designs fit the brief.
* Generate new business
* Respond to customers in a timely manner.
* Liaising with the Customer Service and After-Sales administration team to ensure timely processing of orders, deliveries and any aftersales issues.
* Taking pride in the showroom to ensure displays are current, tidy and ready for customers to view.
* Ensuring company workflow management systems are fully up to date and in line with internal processes.

This is a Full-time role. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch) and 8:00am-12:30pm every Saturday (with time off in lieu).
