Job Summary:
As a Senior Change & Training Consultant, you will lead change activities across IT-led transformation programs, engaging and supporting stakeholders and applying relevant change management approaches within Statements of Work.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Depending on the program, you may supervise other OCM professionals within the NDBS team or the client organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Work closely with client stakeholders to deliver change initiatives successfully.
* Apply OCM methodology to manage change activities aligned with program goals and SOW.
* Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and commitment.
* Provide leadership to change teams as needed.
* Support Change and Training tools (e.g., Enable Now, WalkMe).
* Share best practices within the OCM team.
* Contribute to business development, RFP responses, and pre-sales activities.
* Recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
* PROSCI or Advanced APMG Change Practitioner certification preferred.

* Proven experience in Organizational Change Management, especially in large-scale programs.
* Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
* Experience applying structured change methodologies.
* Ability to assess impacts and develop effective change strategies.
Skills:
* Strong communication, facilitation, and training delivery skills.
* Experience leading change networks and developing training strategies.
* Knowledge of business processes and SAP system processes.
* Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges during change initiatives.

* Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
* Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
* Desirable: experience in SAP-related change projects.
* Curiosity, willingness to learn, and flexibility to travel.
* Excellent English skills; additional languages a plus.
