* Supporting staff and safeguarding procedures
* Responding calmly and effectively to incidents

* Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
* Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* Strong communication and professionalism
* Previous security experience preferred but not essential
