Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and organised Stores Operative to manage the day-to-day operation of our clients stores function. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, control, and issue of parts and materials to support engineering and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Receive, inspect, and book in deliveries, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders
2. Issue parts and materials to engineering and operational teams as required
3. Maintain accurate stock records using stock control systems
4. Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or re-order requirements
5. Carry out regular stock checks and audits
