We are seeking a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor Assistant to support pupils with additional needs at a well-regarded campus in the Bournemouth area.
This is a full-time role with an immediate start, working with children and young people aged 5 to 18 across both primary and secondary phases.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting pupils during unstructured parts of the day and helping to create a calm, positive lunchtime experience.
This campus is known for its warm, inclusive ethos and strong focus on pupil wellbeing. Staff work as a close-knit team to ensure every child feels safe, supported and understood.

The Role
Working hours are 9.30am to 4.30pm. You will support pupils during lunchtime and transitions, helping them feel settled, safe and engaged throughout the day.
* Supporting pupils with SEN including ASD, PD, PMLD and SLD
* Assisting pupils during lunch, play and social times
* Supporting communication, routines and positive behaviour
* Helping pupils with sensory needs and emotional regulation
* Working closely with teaching and support staff to ensure consistency
Essential Experience
* A minimum of six months’ childcare experience
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN needs
* A patient, calm and empathetic approach
* The ability to build positive relationships with pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
