Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering lessons across a variety of subjects
Work with students 1:1 and in small groups, particularly those needing additional help
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
Prepare resources and contribute to creating an engaging learning environment
Monitor student progress and collaborate with teaching and support staff
Ideal Candidate:
A degree in any subject (English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Humanities – all welcome)
A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their learning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, organised, and positive attitude
Any experience working with children or young people is a bonus but not essential
