Our client, a family run business in Woodford Green are seeking a proactive and detailed orientated detail-orientated IT Helpdesk Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys solving technical issues and is confident working with a variety of software systems.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing 1st Line IT support to staff either face to face or via the telephone.
Assisting with assent management, including tracking the hardware and software inventory
Support ordering and invoicing processes in collaboration with management team
Trouble shooting and resolving issues across a range of in house and off the shelf softwareSkills and Experience:
Previous IT experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise
Networking and troubleshooting experience
Microsoft 365, ticketing systems and asset tracking toolsHours of work are: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
