Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Skilled Miller - Programmer / Setter / Operator located in Barnoldswick. The role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, creating CNC programs, ensuring the precision and quality of machined parts, and maintaining machinery.
The candidate will work closely with the engineering team to meet production deadlines and optimize machining processes.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in CNC Programming and Programming
* Proficient in Machining and Milling
* Experience interpreting and working with Technical Drawings
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a similar role within the metal industry is a plus
* Relevant certifications or vocational training in CNC machining or related fields
