Job overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced person to join our CAMHS Service as a Receptionist/ Admin Support to assist in the delivery of a wide range of services to the children and young people of South Derbyshire.
Your primary base will be Temple House, Mill Hill Lane, Derby, DE 6SA
Rivermead, Goods Road, Belper and Ripley Resource Centre (above Library), Ripley with occasional cover at Temple House, Mill Hill Lane, Derby.
Thursday, 4: to 8: pm and Friday 3: to 8: pm. 9 hours per week.
“It is Trust policy that for posts that are for a time limited period, applicants who are currently employed by an NHS organisation will only be appointed on a secondment basis and should have approval from their line manager this is possible before applying. Applicants who are not employed by an NHS organisation, will receive a fixed term contract. “
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, outgoing, reliable and flexible person to join our receptionist/admin support team.
Applicants will need the confidence and experience to be able to deliver a high quality front of house reception/admin support service, including the greeting of clients to our premises, dealing with a wide range of telephone callers and working as part of a team delivering an excellent support service to our CAMHS clinical teams and their clients.
Experience of multi-tasking in a busy office environment is required.
We are looking for a team player with a pleasant, welcoming manner and the ability to prioritise conflicting workload demands.
You will have good communication and organisational skills, together with IT skills (Word and Outlook essential), to be able to work with the general public both in person and on the telephone in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
