About Edifai
Edifai designs and delivers hands-on AI education programs that help teams apply generative AI in practical ways. Our clients come to us for real capability building, not theory and not outsourcing. We create live, cohort-based learning experiences that build confidence with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and more.
We're a small but growing team, and we're looking for a Program Designer to help us strengthen and scale our programs. This role is about mapping what we've already got, tightening up our curriculum, and creating new content that makes our programs more impactful.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Audit and Mapping
* Review all existing program content
* Create a clear map of our curriculum across programs
* Set up a tool or platform to house this archive
* Keep the content library up to date as we build new material
* Recommend new tools or systems that make sharing knowledge easier
2. Curriculum and Program Design
* Rewrite and sharpen learning outcomes
* Build detailed program outlines and progression frameworks
* Design new learning activities, case studies, and materials for use in workshops
* Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Notion to design and produce faster and better
* Work closely with the delivery team on overall program pathways, adding structure and detail
3. Ongoing Development
* Expand the curriculum library with new case studies and examples
* Bring in AI disruption stories from different sectors to keep content fresh
* Help design assets like PPT slides, activity grids, and toolkits
Who You Are
* Strong background in adult learning and program design
* Confident in creating live, hands-on, synchronous learning programs
* Practical and systematic in how you build and organise content
* Comfortable using AI tools daily to 10x your design and production output
* Entrepreneurial and client-focused, always thinking about learner impact
* Happy working in a small, fast-moving team where you roll your sleeves up
