Role Purpose As a Mortgage Data Administrator, you'll be responsible for updating and maintaining mortgage product information within our product database, ensuring that the data is accurate and completed within set service levels. You'll take the lead in analysing and entering lender product information provided by our product partners onto the database, continually monitoring all information and making sure it is up to date and ready for distribution. You'll be working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including various colleagues at Iress as well as our product partners and dealing with queries and complaints regarding information shown on our Iress Intermediary Mortgage Application Suite. As well as resolving issues, you'll also support in identifying and improving internal processes in line with industry changes and business requirements and make sure procedure guides are maintained and kept up to date. Producing accurate Billing and forecasting reports for internal distribution will also fall under your remit and you'll use a workflow system to record work being processed and completed ensuring deadlines and met and quality and accuracy maintained. To be successful in this role… Core experience within an Administrative or Client Support role will be essential. Exposure to working within financial services and an understanding of the mortgage industry would be highly desirable. You'll be self motivated and proactive with an excellent eye for detail and have a strong working knowledge of Excel, ideally with experience working with and managing databases. You'll be comfortable working in a team environment but also have the confidence to effectively manage your workload independently working to your own initiative. Why Work With Us?
