The sales and account management team is a highly demanding team, driven by their eagerness to be fast and efficiently in order to meet targets and deliver great service to our customers.
The role is to support the AM team to increase productivity and compliance. They will also aim to reduce friction in the sales process, with the end goal to allow the SAM team to be more successful in their day-to-day activities.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to the Area Director as required to ensure optimum efficiency in the overall SAM team
2. Under direct supervision, responsible for interfacing with customers and account managers
3. Managing Sales Force related processes and assist with reporting tools
4. Support with preparation for customer meetings such as business review presentation, audits/report extractions
5. Assists Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates various functions within
6. Ensures customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
7. If needed the AMO will own a portfolio of accounts within the region
8. Provide financial regional updates on monthly international team calls
9. Work with your immediate line manager and organize the monthly sales strategy calls and run monthly analytic reports
10. Qualify leads, escalate and/or assist with further cultivating the opportunities with AMs
11. Operational support including:
12. •Auto renewals / terminations
13. •General SF updates and tasks
14. •Routine opportunities / ROIs / Contracts
15. • Assisting to research the status of defects- escalation
16. •Assist with the quality and management of the pipeline
17. •Reporting / cases
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
18. Previous Administration Operations experience is essential, preferably in a recurring sales organization, Hospitality or Travel.
19. At least 2 years' experience and high level of knowledge of excel, power point is essential. Bachelor's degree preferred.

21. Experience managing multiple projects.

23. Advanced Excel, (inc. Pivots, VLOOKUP & Conditional Formatting)
24. Advanced Word, and PowerPoint
25. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must.
26. Presentation skills – translating numbers & trends for wider audience.
