Both trainees and experienced staff are welcome full training and qualifications provided. Role Overview: Support young people (aged 1118) with challenging behaviours and complex needs. You'll assist with day-to-day activities such as meal prep, education, cleaning, and appointments, helping to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Build strong, professional relationships with young people and staff Support with daily routines and promote positive behaviour Liaise with professionals (e.g. Social Workers, Police, etc.) Write clear reports and keep accurate records Drive young people to school, family visits, and social activities in company vehicles Requirements: Confidence, patience, and strong communication skills Ability to work well in a team and follow routines Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and sleep-ins Must complete enhanced DBS and attend induction prior to placement Shift Patterns Include: 8am 11pm sleep 3pm 11pm 3pm sleep Waking nights Weekends Apply now to start a rewarding career supporting vulnerable young people.
