Purpose
The preparation, implementation, and successful completion of migration of data, process and technology from the iTrent to People First platforms, in line with the contract and statement of work, ensuring an excellent customer experience so that customers endorse MHR and are happy to act as reference sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide high quality application, data and process consultancy services to customers achieving operational outcomes and maintaining a positive customer experience.
2. Implementation of software in line with the contract and statement of work.
3. To develop an understanding of each assignment according to defined customer requirements and provide professional and timely advice accordingly.
4. To communicate fully with customers regarding requirements and specifications.
5. Work with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of a project and highlighting any risks or issues that may impact this.
6. Always maintain a high level of governance; ensuring that activity reports and stage gates task lists are completed within the SLA.
7. Proactively keep up to date with relevant legislation.
8. Maintain knowledge of company products, product releases, services, methodologies, policies, procedures and customers.
9. Consistently deliver expert knowledge of MHR products and services.
10. Identify additional commercial opportunities and communicate to the appropriate level.
11. Accountability for your individual revenue and utilisation target and ensuring that these are met in line with the business plan.
12. Promote a positive image of MHR at all times and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and personal appearance at all times.
13. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
14. Support the management team to ensure revenue targets are met as per the business plan
