You’ll be hands‑on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping — all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols."p"This is a full‑time role working on a rotating shift pattern of 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am."p"Due to the site’s location and shift times, having your own transport is highly recommended."p"What You’ll Be Doing"ul"li"Achieving daily production targets"li"Recording and reporting quality data"li"Loading/unloading products from plant and vehicles"li"Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations"li"Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site"/ul"p"What We’re Looking For"p"The ideal Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment.
