Recruitment Administration Support
We are looking for a Recruitment Administration Support to support our Recruitment Service on an interim basis to cover maternity leave.
12 month fixed term contract

To ensure the operational recruitment activity is customer focused, efficient, effective and delivered to the highest possible professional standards supporting applicants and managers through the recruitment process.

Job responsibilities
* Administer the recruitment and selection process from vacancy control to offer, including maintaining recruitment files, monitoring shortlisting and appointment outcomes, arranging interviews and ensuring pre‑employment checks are completed in accordance with statutory requirements and agreed Trust policies.
* Input personal details for newly appointed staff promptly and accurately onto the Trusts Electronic Staff Record.
* Responsible for the administration of the NHS Jobs website (e‑recruitment) and Trac (recruitment system).
* Provide administrative support to the corporate induction programme ensuring all new starters receive a high standard of on‑boarding.
Person Specification
Qualifications and Training
* English and Math GCSE grade 9‑2 (A*‑E) or equivalent or high level of literacy and numeracy skills demonstrated within application
* Evidence of self‑development
* NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent
Knowledge, Experience & Expertise
* Experience within an office environment
* Experience in a role requiring the demonstration of high quality customer service
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Basic knowledge recruitment and selection procedures
* Use of the NHS Electronic Staff Record
* Use of NHS Jobs
* Experience within a Human Resources environment
* A basic understanding of the NHS
* Use of Trac recruitment system
Communication and Relationships (Including Management Responsibilities)
* Able to prioritise workload and take own initiative
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Able to complete allocated work within agreed timescales
* Able to deal with a wide range of people across all levels of the Trust and external to the organisation
* Demonstrate self‑motivation and ability to learn new skills
