FINANCE ASSISTANT– Weymouth
Temporary to permanent position. Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. £13.50 per hour. IMMEDIATE START / NOTICE PERIODS CONSIDERED.
Responsibilities
* Sales ledger with credit control
* Bought ledger
* Weekly payroll for 100 staff
* Using Sage Accounts/Payroll and Redthorn MRP
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years\ experience in finance position with a sales and bought ledger
* Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Familiarity with standard financial systems, ledgers, and reconciliation procedures
* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Strong time management and organisational abilities
* Clear and confident communicator – both written and verbal
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a finance team
