Job Description
1. The main focus of this role is to provide high quality High Risk fire risk assessments to our customers.
2. Provide market leading, comprehensive and innovative fire safety advice.
3. Covering the North West of UK.
Qualifications
4. Must have previous experience of completing High Risk Fire Risk Assessments.
5. National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management or an International Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management
6. Knowledge of current relevant fire legislation and building regulations as a minimum.
7. Good written communications skills for report writing
8. Technical knowledge of fire safety and building materials
9. Commercial focus with an ability to understand a client's risks and drivers
10. IT skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
11. An ability to prioritise your workload to meet agreed deadlines
12. Excellent organisational skills
13. An ability to work independently, using your own initiative
14. Technical understanding in areas such as fire dynamics, heat transfer and smoke behaviour principles in enclosed environments.
15. Full UK driving licence is required
