The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a wide range of projects including commercial, residential, mixed-use, and industrial schemes. You'll be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from early-stage cost planning through to final account.
This fully remote position offers a high level of independence, perfect for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable managing projects, liaising directly with clients, and delivering a high standard of service with minimal supervision.
Although the company operates remotely, they maintain a close-knit and supportive culture with regular team collaboration and occasional meet-ups in central London. This is a great opportunity to join a consultancy that truly trusts and empowers its staff.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
RICS accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar)
Chartered (MRICS) or working towards
Strong pre and post contract experience
Proven ability to run projects independently
Strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Consultancy
Confident working remotely and managing own workload
Excellent communication and client-facing skillsIn Return?
