The RSAP Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Plus team provide intensive support to complex and chaotic individuals to enable them to successfully sustain accommodation.
The eligible cohort for the service is those with a history of rough sleeping and are likely to be at risk of future rough sleeping due to the lifestyle change of being indoors and responsible for a tenancy.
The post exists to stem the flow of rough sleepers by taking a lead on coordinating the support from a range of agencies to adults with a multiple complex needs and creatively supporting those individuals to maintain a tenancy, sustain independent living and build on their resilience.
As the service works across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire it is essential for any applicants to have access to their own car and a full driving license. Any applicants without will be rejected at shortlisting.
