* Must hold a current RTITB Instructor certificate
* Ideally have experience of delivering training / workshops to small groups of learners
* Wealth of experience as a FLT driver
Duties:
1. Deliver engaging and high-quality FLT courses to small groups of learners, instructing and testing to RTITB standards.
2. You will follow schemes of work but have the flair to make them your own, and deliver encouraging, nurturing and motivating training.
3. Monitor student attendance and progress through regular learner assessment, reviews and feedback.
4. Ensure that learner records are up to date in line with policies and procedures, GDPR and contractual requirements.
5. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
