Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)
Overview
Are you an ambitious and experienced leader ready to take on the challenge of opening and managing a brand-new children’s residential home? We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead an EBD service in Bridgewater, providing a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for young people.
Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for setting up and leading a brand-new residential service.
* Recruit, train, and develop a strong staff team.
* Deliver trauma-informed, child-centred care that meets Ofsted standards.
* Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and safeguarding legislation.
* Drive continuous improvement with a focus on achieving Good and Outstanding inspection outcomes.

Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or commitment to complete).
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within EBD children’s residential care.
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and excellent leadership skills.
* Resilient, motivated, and passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children.
