Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with a well-regarded University to recruit an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join the team on a locum basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a friendly legal team.
The Role:
Position: Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer
Rate: Up to £60 per hour umbrella
Duration: Initial 6+ months with the possibility for extension
Location: Remote working – occasional office attendance in the South East is desirable
Hours: Full Time, or 3-4 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and advise a variety of Commercial Contracts, including advising on procurement matters when needed
* Support on Data Protection and FOIA related matters
* Ensure legal compliance with relevant legislations
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a strong background in Commercial Contracts
* Previous Higher Education or Public Sector experience is essential
* Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
