About the Role
We’re looking for a Solution Architect to join a rapidly scaling PE-backed accountancy firm and play a key role in designing scalable, robust, and future-proof technology solutions that support our product and business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Design and oversee end-to-end solution architecture across multiple systems and platforms
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs
* Define architectural standards, best practices, and documentation for internal teams
* Guide and mentor development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
* Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to support long-term scalability and performance
* Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards
* Play a key role in technical decision-making and strategic planning
What are they Looking For?
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect and having worked in a consulting background is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns, APIs, cloud services, and data management
* Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, Node.js, React) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Experience designing and integrating large-scale systems and services
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to balance long-term vision with practical implementation
