Waiter to join our family. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Restaurant Manager.
Location: Summer Lodge Country House, Dorset
Employment type: Full-time
Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off
Salary: £25,397 + service charge

Key Responsibilities Of a Waiter
* Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
* Be fully familiar with all menu items and products available to offer informed recommendations and answer guest questions.
* Ensure tables are cleaned, set up to the highest standards, and maintained throughout the service period.
* Engage with guests and provide attentive service, ensuring every experience is memorable.
* Maintain all food service areas to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel standards.
What are we looking for?
* Ability to connect with guests and provide personalised service with a warm, professional attitude.
* A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of service and presentation are consistently met.
* Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
* Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
