Job Overview
VANRATH is delighted to support a leading manufacturer to recruit an HR Training Manager. You will deliver training initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive staff engagement-while also supporting wider HR functions such as development planning, absence monitoring, and maintaining a positive workplace.
1. Salary: £35,000
2. Full time, Permanent
3. Early friday finish
Key Responsibilities:
4. Develop and implement comprehensive training programmes aligned with organisational goals.
5. Conduct training needs analyses and create tailored learning solutions.
6. Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions.
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through metrics and feedback.
8. Advise managers and employees on career development opportunities and learning pathways.
9. Stay abreast of trends and best practices in learning and development.
10. Manage the training budget and external vendor relationships.
Essential Criteria:
11. Proven experience in learning and development, HR, or a related field.
12. Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
13. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
14. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
