We also have a growing international licensing programme which supports our strategic global expansion.

We're looking for a temporary Sales Support Coordinator to join us and provide high-level administrative and relationship management support to Prime Account Managers and UK Sales Managers, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.

Supporting commercial and operational activities within the Commercial Department, working mainly with Prime Account Managers, the UK Sales team, and customers in both domestic and international markets. The role includes cross-functional collaboration and communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and key accounts.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across departments to support operational consistency and information flow.
* Accurately process orders, product displays, samples, promotional units, hangers, and sales manager queries and requests in line with service level agreements.
* Respond to new account enquiries, facilitate account openings, and issue appropriate customer documentation and correspondence.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support for Prime Accounts, working closely with the Prime Account Manager to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
* Contribute to team schedules, including departmental calendars and office rotas, and support initiatives to streamline internal processes and improve team efficiency.
* Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers, delivering reliable and proactive support.
* Coordinate and administer loyalty schemes, support training day logistics, and play a key role in the planning and execution of customer-facing events and sales meetings.
* Assist with pricing updates and promotional initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely communication of commercial changes to relevant stakeholders.
* Manage the distribution of image assets, ensuring CLA customers in UK and International markets receive timely and accurate materials for product launches.

Measures of Success:

* Adherence to SLAs, including EDI processing and response times.
* Timely and professional handling of all emails and correspondence.
* Effective resolution of customer enquiries and complaints.
* Maintenance of accurate, up-to-date records and documentation.
* Demonstrated product knowledge and understanding of current offerings.
* Proficiency in company systems and software tools.
* Consistent use of communication platforms, especially email, for effective collaboration.
* Strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
* Completion of all Smart Sheets within agreed deadlines.

Connecting with Others:

* Collaborate closely with Prime Account Managers, Sales Managers, and the Sales Support Manager.
* Liaise with various internal departments to coordinate cross-functional activities.
* Communicate professionally with customers, including Prime Account Head Offices and key external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

* Maths and English to GCSE Level

Skills & Experience:

* Advanced Microsoft Office Skills including Excel/PowerPoint.
* Customer Service experience.
* Understanding of CRM / Sales Order Processing.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Be a decisive decision maker.
* Proactively manage customer relationships

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months
