ARCA is partnered with a rapidly scaling, world class motion simulation business seeking to expand its planning team.
We are looking to recruit a Graduate Project Planner who would like an introduction into planning and project management.
The successful candidate will work within a team of technical experts who specialise in the design, build and commissioning of world class motion simulators. You will be responsible for assuring that all projects planning activities are delivered on time, working closely with the Technical Project Managers. Your duties will include:
* Working with technical teams to develop project plans and master summary schedules
* Undertaking schedule risk analysis and applying schedule risk as required
* Undertaking schedule status, forecast and analysis against critical path milestones
* Reporting to management and developing schedule recovery plans
* Understanding resource vs. schedule impacts and reporting accordingly.

Essential Skills & experience:
* A degree qualification or relevant planning experience
* An interest in project planning, scheduling, and project management
* Familiarity with MS Office, ideally including MS Project
* A logical approach to approaching tasks and solving problems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Collaboration and Engagement skills
* Ability to work in a high pressure dynamic environment
