We’re seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to assist a vibrant primary school in Torquay on a long-term basis.
Your new role
You’ll work closely with pupils across EYFS to KS2, providing tailored support to help them access learning and achieve developmental milestones.
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism, ADHD, and otherplex needsCollaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver inclusive education
Implement personalised learning plans and behaviour strategies
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working with children with SEN
Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate or SEN-specific training
Ability to adapt learning strategies to meet individual pupil's needs
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
