The Role

We are looking for kind, patient and compassionate Care Assistants to help provide the very best quality of care by following personal care plans for each individual Resident.
As an Agency Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work across various care settings in the Wiltshire area!
CARE ASSISTANT
A Residential Carer is required to deliver care and support services within any health or social
care environment. The tasks may be one to one with a service user or with other
carers or health professionals, they may be provided within the residential home
and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for
moving and handling or health tasks. A care and support plan on site must be
followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any
end-of-life instruction where relevant.
