Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Telecoms Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Sales & Telecoms Administrator is an important member of the administrative team, providing comprehensive support across both sales and telecoms functions. This role serves as a central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, account management, telecoms provisioning and administrative support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
Responsibilities
* Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding products, orders and deliveries for both the IT and Telecoms department, providing outstanding customer service and support.
* Assist with the full sales process, including identifying opportunities, preparing quotes (including telecoms-related quotes), and providing post-sales support.
* Maintain and update client agreements, manage the product and telecoms service portfolio, and identify potential sales opportunities within the existing client base.
* Place orders and liaise with suppliers and external service providers to ensure timely delivery and provisioning of goods and services.
* Develop and maintain sales processes, forms, documentation, and marketing materials.
* Prepare monthly sales and service reports for the management team where required.
* Stay up to date with new products, services, and technologies.
* Manage customer enquiries and disputes related to both IT and telecoms services.
* Maintain and update external billing platforms for telecoms services and liaise with internal accounts to ensure accurate client billing.
* Provision telecoms services using vendor portals and manage new service provisioning and issue resolution.
* Assist with vendor and client communication, providing updates and general account management for both sales and telecoms.
* Provide general desk-based account management and overall administration for the sales and telecoms departments.
* Collaborate effectively as part of a team, while managing individual workload efficiently.
* Demonstrate excellent organisational and multitasking skills, working to strict deadlines.
* Communicate confidently and professionally over the phone and via online channels.
* Provide holiday cover and other support for the overall admin department when necessary.
* Show willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.
