Huntress Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading company based in Leven seeking a dynamic and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support a senior-level executive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior management
* Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and organise travel arrangements
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
* Handle confidential information with discretion
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Organise and support events and team activities
* Assist with ad hoc projects and general office management as required
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a PA, EA, or in a similar administrative support role
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Confident, approachable, and professional demeanour
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* A proactive and flexible approach to work
