Senior Business Analyst – 100% Remote (UK – Ideally London) – Outside IR35
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a major cross-functional transformation programme, working closely with Commercial, Finance, Portfolio, and Technology teams.
This is a senior contract role suited to someone with deep expertise in process mapping, workflow optimisation, and operating model improvement. You will play a key role in creating end-to-end visibility of critical business processes, identifying inefficiencies and control gaps, and driving scalable, measurable improvements across the organisation.
Strong BA foundations and M&A/integration experience. Exposure to finance and commercial functions is particularly important from an integration perspective.
You must be confident facilitating workshops, aligning senior stakeholders, and translating complex business challenges into structured, actionable process models.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce clear As-Is and To-Be process maps (BPMN, swimlane, value stream)
* Identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimisation opportunities
* Improve financial governance and strengthen commercial decision-making
* Support scalable portfolio management practices
* Align cross-functional stakeholders around simplified, high-performing operating models
This role acts as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring processes are measurable, fit-for-purpose, and aligned to strategic objectives.

Up to £500 - £550 per day – Outside IR35
