This role involves working as part of a large on-site engineering team, delivering reactive and planned maintenance across a range of M&E systems.This is an excellent opportunity for a well-presented engineer with strong communication skills who is looking to develop their career on a high-profile contract, with access to ongoing training and upskilling opportunities.Key Responsibilities
* Reactive maintenance across site electrical and M&E systems
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
* Working in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Maintaining accurate records and logbooks (including eLogbooks)
* Ensuring QHSE documentation is kept up to date
* Fault finding and repairs on electrical circuits
* Installation and repair of plant and electrical services
* Responding to callouts and emergency situations when required
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client contacts
Requirements
* Electrical City & Guilds / Level 3 (minimum)
* 18th Edition qualification
* Experience working to Planned Preventative Maintenance regimes
* Proven electrical installation experience
* Strong fault-finding capability
* Knowledge of other building services (advantageous)
* Understanding of lone working requirements
* Right to work in the UK
