Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
* Supervise administrative staff and coordinate office activities.
* Maintain office systems, records, and procedures.
* Support HR functions, including recruitment and staff onboarding.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Raise bills, reconciling receipts to client accounts on Xero
* Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
* Provide general administrative support to the finance and operations teams

Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Xero)
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* This is a site based role with some travel to another office in North Manchester
