Customer Care and Growth ExecutiveSalary £28,500 plus bonusesFull Time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pmLocation: Rooksbridge, North SomersetWe are a fast growing new media business and are delighted to be recruiting a new member to our team to assist in the growth and continued success.Job Role: Customer Care and Growth ExecutiveMain Duties:Prospective customer demonstrations remoteExisting customer demonstrations remoteSales order processingManaging leads - tracking and generationCustomer service and supportDiary managementMarketing supportProcess and procedures upkeep and managementAnswer incoming calls and manage as appropriateInternal/External communication updates as requiredOccasional attendance of UK based tradeshowGeneral office duties as required and are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the jobKnowledge and SkillsEssential:Previous customer facing or sales experience (including retail and/or hospitality sectors)Can use standard office computer applications - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPointBe able to complete some routine and non-routine tasks in an office environmentBe able to plan and organise both familiar and new tasksCan produce and respond to detailed written and oral communication in an office settingAbility to use a problem-solving approach to respond appropriately to a wide range of enquiriesUse a range of numerical and graphical data for the office environmentAble to work on own initiative or with others on tasks with minimum supervisionShow an awareness of others roles, responsibilitiesStrong organisational skillsDesirableKnowledge and understanding of office procedures and terminologyKnowledge of the dental sectorKnowledge of the veterinary sectorUnderstanding of digital mediaUnderstanding of consumer marketingExperience of b2b salesUK clean and current driving licenceTPBN1_UKTJ
