Our client is a prestigious award winning specialist manufacturing and production company based in Lytham supplying products worldwide.
The reception desk must be permanently staffed during business hours and therefore we are recruiting additional temporary staff to help cover holiday and absence periods.
Hours of Work: Part Time am and Part Time pm (hours 7am - 1pm & 1pm - 7pm) Flexibility is required
Responsibilities/Duties:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answer, screen and direct incoming phones calls
* Deal with deliveries to the building and couriers
* Look after the reception area - keeping tidy at all times
* Support admnistration to various departments
Skills & Experience:
* Previous front of house experience/receptionist skills ideally
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident clear and professional
* Good IT and administrative skills
* Professional front of house image
There is car parking outside the building and car driver would be preferred due to the hours of cover required.
