This is an exceptional, hands-on opportunity to shape and execute global sales strategy for a premium fragrance brand, driving commercial growth across B2B, DTC retail, and international partnerships while championing purpose-led business practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with brand’s commercial and distribution goals
2. Drive revenue growth through market expansion and high-potential account management
3. Lead, mentor and inspire sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture
4. Manage key B2B partnerships and luxury retailer relationships
5. Oversee forecasting, budgeting and P&L management across all channels
6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaigns, launches and commercial initiatives
7. Support ethical sales principles and B Corp certification process
Candidate Requirements
8. Successful Sales leadership, including International markets and luxury retail, within Fragrance, Beauty or premium consumer goods
9. Strong financial acumen including P&L management expertise
10. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
