Job Title: Cleaner
Pay Rate: £14.63 per hour
Contract Type: Full Time
Type of Employment: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm (1 hour break unpaid)
Location: Greater Manchester, Unsworth and Bury, Greater Manchester, England, BL9 0RD
Responsibilities
* Manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and development of staff.
* Maintain excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
* Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules; follow Health & Safety procedures; provide technical training as required.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness, and manage stock and materials.
* Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to the line manager when appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in cleaning with supervisory responsibilities.
* Good communication skills; reliable, hardworking, professional attitude.
* Ability to work to a schedule and on own initiative.
Eligibility Criteria
* All applicants subject to Government Vetting check.
* British citizen, Indefinite stay or EU Citizen (must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years).
* 3 years passport validity.
