Job Overview;
We are seeking a motivated and creative Content and Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of our marketing and communications strategies. The role will be responsible for managing content across social media, email, print, and web platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging. The post holder will play a key role in growing engagement, promoting events, and supporting our organisational goals through effective communication and design.
Main Responsibilities;
· Develop, implement and evaluate communication and marketing strategies
· Manage the communications calendar and track performance with KPI's
· Create and share engaging social media content to grow our audience and promote events, monitoring performance analytics
· Create content for all social media posts
· Design marketing and communication materials (digital + print)
· Build and send impactful email campaigns using Klaviyo
· Keep the website updated and aligned with campaigns
· Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
Person Specification;
Essential
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role
2. Experience of producing communications campaigns and marketing materials for digital, print and social media
3. Experience of delivering creative and innovative content
4. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Excellent copywriting skills
7. Proficient in Canva, Klavio, MS Office and any editing software
8. Video editing skills
9. High attention to detail especially in proofing and planning
10. Time management skills
11. Ability to work collaboratively
