We’re hiring a Growth Lead to create and own our global B2B lead acquisition system.


* Position: Full-time/ Permanent
* Salary: £50,000+ (negotiable), plus discretionary bonuses
* Location: Sheffield, UK
* Hybrid: On-site (3-4 days) / Remote (1-2 days)


You’ll develop and execute our marketing strategy, run multi-channel campaigns, and directly influence the growth trajectory of a leading medical device consulting business.


You’ll see the impact of everything you do as you open new markets, run campaigns end-to-end, and drive measurable growth. In short, you’ll have the freedom to use your creativity and drive to bring our market-leading consulting services to the attention of pioneering medical device manufacturers across 5 continents.


The role


Our Growth Lead will work alongside company leadership to spearhead our growth across all domains.


You’ll work with an exceptional, multidisciplinary team in a modern, collaborative environment. You’ll have freedom and ownership, using your ideas, creativity and drive to attract new business and enhance our market position on a global scale.


We work with medical device manufacturers around the world, delivering market-leading consulting services helping to bring life-saving innovations to market while maintaining safety and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

This is not just a \"campaign execution\" role. You’ll have leadership and ownership over our full-scope lead acquisition process.


You’ll be responsible for designing the strategy, executing it alongside our team, and continuously improving it based on real data and results.


Your primary objective is simple — Generate a high-quality B2B full-funnel pipeline aligned with our preferred client profiles.


You’ll operate across


* LinkedIn (primary channel)
* Cold & warm outreach
* Content creation
* Paid campaigns
* Webinars and events
* Other channels (YouTube, Google, etc) according to strategy and need.


You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we present our brand — both to potential clients and future hires.


What you’ll own


* Build and scale a LinkedIn-first demand generation strategy
* Create and execute multi-channel campaigns (organic, outbound, paid)
* Generate consistent, high-quality leads
* Plan and run webinars and events end-to-end
* Write high-converting content and messaging (posts, ads, outreach, landing pages)
* Design and produce marketing assets with a strong visual standard
* Test, measure, and optimise our marketing strategy by applying a data-driven decision process
* Collaborate closely with our medical and regulatory teams to ensure accuracy and credibility of all material
* Continuously refine positioning, messaging, and targeting.


What you’ll need to bring


* A proactive and self-starting approach
* Proven experience successfully generating B2B leads in a professional setting
* Hands-on ability across:
* Cold outreach
* Warm outreach / nurturing
* Content creation
* Paid campaigns
* Proficient in using IT tools and content platforms, including LinkedIn. Experience with Sales Navigator is preferred.
* Strong copywriting skills (flawless written English is essential)
* Ability to produce high quality visual & creative assets using your preferred software
* A structured, analytical approach to testing and optimisation
* A team player with superb verbal communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
* Comfort in a dynamic environment with frequent changes and new challenges.

The role will be office based working form the company HQ in Sheffield (S9 1BY). While some home working will be available, this position is not open to remote candidates. This role does not require specific experience in medical devices or regulation and is open to candidates with experience in unrelated industries.
