Mental Health Support Worker – Cygnet Sheffield, England, United Kingdom
Cygnet Hospital Sheffield offers general adolescent and intensive support CAMHS services for male and female adolescents across three distinct wards and a comprehensive adult service for women, focused on independence, family links and discharge preparation. As a Support Worker you will make a positive difference to the lives of our patients through attentive, flexible and therapeutic care.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota covering days, nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
* Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all patients
* Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
* Learn about individual needs and tailor support accordingly
* Assist with medical and welfare needs
* Report on medical and welfare needs as required
* Safeguard patients and maintain a safe, clean environment
