The vacancy involves undertaking daily tasks including: Development of our case management system (some IT knowledge is crucial) Assist the Operations Manager in implementing changes to processes, both IT wise and set up for all staff. Assisting the operations manager with any projects that may arise. Greeting clients in reception when they attend to drop documents off. Photocopying/scanning incoming post into the case management system. Binding legal documents. Inputting data into our case management system for new and existing clients. Opening of new files and issuing our initial client care packs to clients. Reviewing the return of these client care packs and requesting any further information from clients. Regularly updating clients details and information on our case management system. Answering the telephone and transferring calls. Taking detailed telephone messages. Dealing with incoming and outgoing post. Arrangement of appointments. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to work using your own initiative. Good time keeping and organisational skills are important. IT skills are preferred although full training on our internal systems will be provided. The training you will be getting The qualification the apprentice will gain is a Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard Level 3. The training will take place fully in the work place, there is no day release for this.
