Technical Project Manager
Location: Brixton, London + event sites
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday with flexibility required for onsite delivery and project demands

The Role
Taking ownership of projects from first client engagement through to on-site delivery, you will translate the client’s vision and brief into practical, effective technical solutions that deliver successful live and broadcast events.
Working across pre-production and delivery, you will coordinate internal teams, freelance crews and suppliers to ensure projects are planned, resourced and executed to a high standard.
You will build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, communicate clearly while managing budgets, margins and change control to ensure commercially successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Own projects end-to-end from enquiry through to delivery and final invoice
• Produce accurate quotes, specifications and technical documentation
• Plan and resource projects, coordinating crews, suppliers and logistics
• Manage budgets, margins and change control
• Lead on-site delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to spec
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in technical project management within live events or broadcast.
• Strong working knowledge across audio, video, lighting and scenic.
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving ability
• Clear, calm communication with clients, crews and internal teams
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and scope
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and documentation
