About The Role

We are seeking a Sales Engineer in the EMEA region to partner closely with Account Executives and support strategic sales opportunities across the European, Middle Eastern, and African markets. In this role, you will act as the technical and industry expert during the sales cycle—delivering tailored demos, addressing complex customer requirements, and translating poultry production challenges into compelling MTech solutions.

What You'll Do

Deliver compelling, customer-specific product demonstrations and presentations focused on poultry production operations.
Align MTech's poultry-focused software solutions with customer pain points, operational goals, and regional market needs.
Collaborate with Account Executives to support solution-based selling and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain optimized demo environments using realistic poultry production data and scenarios.
Troubleshoot technical questions and objections throughout the sales process.
Communicate customer feedback and industry insights to product and engineering teams to influence future enhancements.
Stay current on poultry industry trends, regulations, and production practices within the EMEA region.

What We're Looking For (Must‑Haves)

Prior experience supporting enterprise SaaS or ERP-style platforms.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, position, and explain software solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging customers at all organizational levels.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.

Nice to Have

Proven experience in the poultry industry with a strong understanding of production operations and challenges.
Exposure to international or multi-country sales environments within EMEA.
Experience partnering with Account Executives in complex, consultative sales cycles.
