Observability Platforms provide the products required to run and operate the Bank's Global IT. You will support as the product owner for Application and Infrastructure Observability. These portfolios power Application and Infrastructure Operations across thousands of applications and tens of thousands of servers. You will manage these products focusing on customers, commercials and roadmaps. Your work will directly help to improve the overall IT stability of the Bank as well as improving the digital customer experience for our clients.

Your key responsibilities
* Product management of Application and Infrastructure Observability
* Customer Demand management including identifying customer requirements and prioritisation
* Creation and presentation of roadmaps to articulate short / medium / long product strategy
* Management of customer questions and concerns
* Management and collaboration with vendors and internal suppliers where they are dependencies of the product
* Conducting periodic research on market / industry developments in Observability
Your skills and experience
* Experience managing products across majority of stages in the lifecycle (e.g. research, design/procurement, implementation, adoptions, maintain, disinvest, retirement)
* Knowledge of the purpose and value of industry standard IT Observability / Monitoring tooling (across Metrics, Event, Logs, and APM / Tracing use cases)
* Understanding of agile methodologies - effectively describing, planning and prioritising delivery
* Basic understanding of how monitoring tools technically work.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
