Office Assistant — Location: on-site in Bangor, Wales; Contract: Until 31st March 2026; Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week; Pay rate: £13.46 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
* Logging, packing, and recording physical documents
* Creating and maintaining an inventory of records
* Scanning documents for upload into an online library
* Using SharePoint and Excel to manage digital records
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in records management, library services, or similar roles
* Confident using SharePoint and Excel for inventory and document tracking
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Comfortable handling physical documentation in a busy environment
