Role Purpose: To support the Head of Marketing and wider business across the marketing mix for all ACI brands. To be creative, commercial and connected to the marketing function and the business. (The 3 C’s as per the appetite of the Head of Marketing). To bring strong digital/social/design/email comms marketing knowledge, helping sites to generate incremental revenue and maximise footfall and loyalty year on year. Ensuring the digital ecosystem across web and social is compelling and brand compliant. You will share ideas more broadly across the ACI estate and help lift the floor more generally across the business and provide holiday cover for others in the marketing function as and when required. To work 30 hours across the working week, flexibly, with at least one full day in the Head Office and another day roaming across sites as required – the balance to be worked remotely. What will you need to do as head of Marketing at ACI? Key elements of the Marketing Manager role · Support Head of Marketing, GMs, AGMs and Regional Heads to deliver best-in-class digital & marketing comms · Copy and formatting for POS collateral, menus, posters, table talkers, menus, award submissions, website and newsletters etc. · Support the effective delivery of social media operations across sites · Help oversee and occasionally create photography/videography across sites and key suppliers · Manage venue websites, conceiving and creating compelling content · Working knowledge of SEO driven content, PPC advertising and data analysis · Manage content on relevant digital platforms such as OpenTable, Guestline, Squaremeal, etc. · Working knowledge of the marketing tech stack – Canva, zonal, Airship, FeedItBack 125 data analytics, Wireless Social etc. · Help deliver on the internal communication of marketing ideas, positioning, events and wider activity to staff where relevant · Be an ambassador for ACI more generally · Drive the business to make good on the vision to ‘make people happy What's in it for you?
