Job Description
3. Process invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
4. Cash allocation to match the sales processed
5. Assist with bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
6. Support the preparation of financial reports for management review.
7. Monitor accounts payable and receivable, addressing discrepancies promptly.
8. Help maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
9. Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes.
10. Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
11. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
12. Previous experience in an Accounting & Finance role.
13. A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
14. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
15. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
16. The ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
17. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
18. A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
